Patrick O’Donnell from the Plain Dealer will moderate a discussion with panelists State Senator Bill Coley, JD; Chad Aldis, JD, Vice President, Ohio Policy and Advocacy, at the Thomas B. Fordham Institute; and Tami Osler, JD, General Counsel, Charter School Specialists. The panel will explore the success and failures of House Bill 2, Ohio’s landmark charter reform bill signed into law in 2015.
