In collaboration with the Education Law Association, West’s Education Law Reporter publishes commentaries and articles on topics of interest to consumers of education law. In this workshop, participants will explore best practices for publishing peer-reviewed periodicals and books. This will include detailed information about the types of articles WELR publishes and the criteria for each guideline for manuscript preparation, submission, review, and final publication. Special attention will be given to the proposal preparation and the review and selection process. Participants will explore strategies for expanding the publishing house’s reach while working with authors and editors to advance the field of and sub-disciplines within education law.
