Giving the Process Back: Convergence Between Parental Rights and School Choice

Instructors are frequently placed in the midst of conflict between the parents of the students they are teaching. With changing laws regarding parental rights and school choice, this paper proposes a method of addressing challenges arising from these changing laws unique to the virtual school environment but also broadly applicable when instructors face inquiries relating to these laws.
