Biography

I am honored to call ELA my professional “home” since 2007 (San Diego), when I graduated with my Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at Virginia Tech. I was fortunate to work at the University of Northern Colorado for 12 years before taking a similar position at Brigham Young University in 2019. I am currently serving as the past president of the National Education Finance Academy and I am the editor-in-chief of the BYU Education & Law Journal.

The premiere association for practical knowledge, scholarship, and interdisciplinary dialogue about legal and policy issues affecting all levels of education.
