I have over 15 years of experience in numerous areas of litigation at all levels and forums, including trial and appellate, and state and federal courts. I have practiced in civil liability defense, federal civil rights, unfair/deceptive business practices, criminal prosecution, commercial, business and contract disputes, and personal injury and property damage claims. I have also worked in government, land use, and administrative law.

Furthermore, I have experience counseling and advising individuals and institutions regarding matters of ecclesiastical and canonical law. I have a degree in canon law and regularly research theological and canonical issues.

I am also certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Court Mediator and Qualified Arbitrator.
