I confirm my acceptance to present at the 2009 55th ELA Annual Conference at         the Brown Hotel, Louisville, Kentucky, on October 21-24, 2009.

The undersigned represents that the presenter is the sole proprietor of the materials submitted for the 55th Education Law Association Annual Conference; has the full power and authority to grant the use of these materials to the Education Law Association; the publication of the material will not infringe upon any copyright; and the undersigned will not enter into any agreement or understanding with any person or entity which might conflict with the rights granted the Education Law Association.

I hereby grant the Education Law Association the non-exclusive right to print and distribute the narrative outline and any attachments in the Education Law Association’s Annual Conference notebook and CD-ROM.
