2012 Cancellation Policy

A refund will be given to those who cancel in writing by October 1, 2012. There is a $35.00 cancellation fee.
Individuals who cancel after October 1 but prior to November 1, 2012, will not be eligible for a refund but will be given full credit for the 2013 Annual Conference. Individuals who cancel after November 1 will receive half-credit for the 2013 Annual Conference.
Cancellations received after the meeting commences are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Substitutions of individuals may be made at any time.
